Terms of service

The rules for your LaunchLint account, app reviews, paid plans, and the workspace connector.

Effective date: 2026-07-24

ImprintPrivacyTermsWithdraw a contractCancel contracts here
01

Scope and provider

These terms apply to all LaunchLint accounts, free previews, and paid services. The provider of the LaunchLint service is Rene Dressel, trading as LaunchLint, Im Höfchen 2, 53809 Ruppichteroth, Germany.

For Managed Payments transactions, Link appears as merchant of record and handles payment, indirect taxes, receipts, and transaction support under the terms shown at Checkout. LaunchLint remains responsible for the technical service, product support, and these usage rules.

02

Contract formation and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it. A paid contract is formed when Checkout succeeds and access is confirmed in your account. Before then, you can correct entries or cancel.

The contract record consists of the order confirmation, the plan description shown at Checkout, and these terms. Link provides receipts and transaction records.

03

Service

LaunchLint statically reviews supported mobile app projects. Selected files, dependencies, and store information are checked for likely Apple App Store and Google Play risks. Customer code is never installed, built, or executed.

Reports may include technical findings, evidence, priorities, fix tasks, store information, submission packages, exports, and a local workspace connector. The purchased plan defines the exact scope.

04

Plans and limits

The free preview is a limited first review for one project and is available once per verified identity and project. Account deletion does not reset eligibility.

The one-time plan lasts 14 days for one project and includes up to 10 manual reviews. Pro includes up to three projects per monthly period and 30 manual reviews per project. Agency includes up to 20 projects and 50 manual reviews per project and period. Unused allowances do not roll over.

LaunchLint does not run automatic reviews. You choose when to review again. Reasonable security, file-size, and fair-use limits remain applicable.

05

Account and acceptable use

Provide accurate account data, protect credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Bulk registration, evading limits, reviewing content without permission, malicious uploads, unauthorized load testing, bypassing safeguards, and attacks on the service are prohibited.

06

Customer content

You retain all rights in your content and grant LaunchLint a non-exclusive, limited right to process it only as needed for reviews, reports, exports, support, and security.

You confirm you may lawfully provide repositories, ZIP files, store text, screenshots, and other material. LaunchLint does not sell your content or use it to train its own or third-party AI models.

07

Workspace connector

The connector reads only approved workspace files. It shows the prepared selection and requires confirmation before upload. It does not execute local code. You must review the selection and result.

OAuth access can be revoked in the dashboard and must not be used to bypass third-party rights, safeguards, or plan limits.

08

Results and no approval guarantee

LaunchLint provides technical decision support, not legal, privacy, or tax advice. Rule-based scanners can miss or misclassify issues, while Apple and Google change their policies and decide independently.

We do not guarantee completeness, error-free reports, store approval, review timing, or commercial success. You remain responsible for reviewing the result, store information, and released app.

09

Prices, billing, and renewal

The price, currency, taxes, interval, and scope shown immediately before purchase govern. Link may offer local currency through Adaptive Pricing.

Pro and Agency renew monthly until cancelled. Future changes are communicated before they take effect. Mandatory consumer information and cancellation rights remain unaffected.

10

Cancellation and suspension

You may cancel through the clearly labelled LaunchLint cancellation path or linked contract management. Ordinary cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and is confirmed in text form.

LaunchLint may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, failed payment, chargeback, or abuse. Where practicable, we provide notice and an opportunity to remedy.

11

Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers generally have a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts. Details and the model form appear in the withdrawal notice, and withdrawal can be submitted through the permanently accessible online function.

Before purchase, you may expressly request performance during the withdrawal period. Proportionate compensation may then be due for services already supplied, and the right may expire after full performance where the statutory conditions are met. For digital content supplied immediately, it may expire when performance begins after express consent and acknowledgement. A completed app review therefore does not produce the same legal consequence for every type of contract. Optional refund requests do not restrict statutory rights.

12

Availability and changes

We aim for stable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work, network or provider faults, and force majeure may affect the service.

Features may evolve while the contractual purpose remains intact. Material adverse changes are announced with reasonable notice and may give you a right to cancel when unreasonable.

13

Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights for digital products and services apply. Report reproducible faults to support@launchlint.app.

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraud, guarantees, and mandatory law. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to typically foreseeable loss; other liability for slight negligence is excluded.

14

End of access and data

After a plan ends, full reports and features may become unavailable or limited. Export needed information in time. Account deletion and data export are available in the dashboard.

Data is deleted under the privacy policy. Statutory records, declarations, and payment or tax records held by Link or Stripe remain unaffected.

15

Law, disputes, and language

German law applies without the UN Sales Convention, but consumers retain mandatory protection of their country of habitual residence. Statutory venues remain unaffected.

We do not participate in consumer arbitration. Translations aid understanding; the German version prevails where permitted by mandatory consumer law. Contact support@launchlint.app.
